Our Story
IGP’s leadership team has spent decades operating at the intersection of large enterprise, small business development, and community investment. We’ve managed complex supplier ecosystems for Fortune 500 companies. We’ve helped small and mid-sized businesses scale to meet the demands of institutional clients. We’ve raised capital, structured deals, and built programs that put people to work. Along the way, we kept running into the same problem: the systems designed to manage these efforts weren’t built for them. Enterprise software doesn’t account for community impact. Workforce platforms don’t integrate with supply chain logistics. Impact reporting is always an afterthought, a spreadsheet compiled after the fact, disconnected from the actual operations. So we built ImpactHub, a platform that treats operational efficiency and community impact as inseparable. And we built IGP as the company that brings it all together: the strategic expertise to design the right programs, the technology to execute them, and the mission alignment to ensure that the work creates lasting value for the people and places that need it most.
